​​Andrew Jonathan Smith is an award-winning British writer and director. He honed his skill as a filmmaker working under world-renowned fashion image-maker, Nick Knight, for nearly a decade. He spent three years working on studio films and Emmy-award winning television shows in Los Angeles. He was one of the creative leads behind viral sensation, #INTRODUCTIONS, with the artist trio, LaBeouf, Rönkkö & Turner.

His films tell stories of disenfranchised rebels discovering their true power through intimate connections and acts of resistance. His work has been shown around the world in BIFA-, BAFTA- and Oscar-qualifying festivals, as well as in museums, on billboards, and published in coffee table books.

​He is an alumni of Central Saint Martins, London, and currently lives and works in London, UK. He spends his spare time reading books about gender and cults.
